RETURN POLICY
Asoran Fashion is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
3 Easy Steps
1) Email yamax@njps-sh.com with your order number to receive your return authorization.(including the reasons for the return and the current status of the product )
2) Paste on the outer box. Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.
3) Send and wait refund, All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
1. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for all return-ask. The fees will finally cut from your refund. In one case, If item is defective or damaged in shipping,Asoran is responsible for return shipping.
2. Believe it or not, UPS isn’t perfect, nor are we. In the rare occasion you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, immediately email us at yamax@njps-sh.com.
3. The manufacturer’s packaging and all tags intact. The item must also be in the same condition as you received it.
4. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
5. Due to health laws, we are unable to accept underwear returns - those must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
CANCEL POLICY
To cancel an order, please contact Asoran as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are returning an item with the intent on exchanging it, the easiest way to complete an exchange is to simply return your item for a refund and place an order for the new item you prefer.
REFUNDS POLICY
After we receive the return we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping charge, and credit it to the original payment method. The processing time for a return may take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your return.
